The Infini-Gen^® has been specifically designed to provide all the power you will need in the cab while using significantly less fuel than idling the truck engine would use. The Infini-Gen^® is one of the most versatile units on the market.

The “Mobile Comfort System” has been specifically designed to provide heat and air conditioning to the cab without idling the truck engine and does not tap into the truck systems – giving you a complete stand-alone system. It is one of the most versatile units on the market today. It delivers over 500+ CFM which circulates the air in the cab every 90 seconds.

The power generator runs on diesel fuel from the truck fuel tank, charging the truck’s batteries and providing electricity to the cab for heating, cooling and other power needs.

The Infini-Gen^® has an external oil filter which provides easy access for service, screws on like standard oil filters for the automotive industry, and has better oil filtration than the OE supplied oil screen. Available in both air and water cooled versions.

INTRODUCING THE FIRST HYBRID APU TO CUT FUEL USAGE AND EMISSIONS IN LONG-HAUL TRUCKS

The Infini-Gen^® system provides continuous electric power of up to 5,000 watts of electricity with the APU engine running and 3,000 watts when the APU engine is off. The driver activates the system remotely by a push of a button mounted next to the steering wheel.

Four Deep Cell Batteries for long-lasting durability
When the APU engine is on, 5 kW of constant power is available to run the electrical loads and charge up the on-board battery complement. When the APU engine is turned off, the generator APU 5,000 automatically and seamlessly provides power from the auxiliary battery pack which is sized to meet the operating time required by the customer. The system automatically monitors the batteries’ charge and when the batteries’ charge is low, the APU small engine automatically turns on and recharges the batteries using an optimum charging methodology. As soon as the batteries are charged, the APU engine automatically turns off and the system seamlessly returns to engine-off mode.

Devices such as engine pre-warmers, air conditioners or heaters, refrigerators, microwave ovens, and televisions can all be used without idling the truck engine. This will significantly reduce fuel consumption and emissions during rest stops or while waiting for loading or unloading without sacrificing driver comfort.

All units Plug-N-Play for easy repair/maintenance. “Split Unit” HVAC provides Heat and A/C available upon demand inside the cab without idling the truck engine, and does not tap into the truck systems. A dashboard fingertip control unit allows you to select Heat or A/C as well as the temperature setting. The system operates on battery power for as long as 3 hours with auto start recharge to repeat usage cycle over again. Unit also allows operation with Shore Power without the generator engine running—standard.
